Lake Linden Bloomfield – Lake homes Linden Lake Bloomfield Michigan

Lake Linden in Bloomfield Township is a private lake that is located east of Inkster and south of Maple Road.  It is just a small pond.  It is not an all sports lake.  It is located not too far from Meadow Lake.   I have no pictures of the lake at this time.  If you have one to share please give me a call or email it to me at yesmyrealtor@gmail.com

There are 13 homes on the lake.  The waterfront homes are on municipal water.  Some are on sewers and some are still on septic.  All the roads around the lake are paved.  The school district is Birmingham Schools.

All of the information above was gathered from sold listings on the MLS over the last 20 years.  Some homes on the lake may not have been sold during this period so this home information may be off because one of the homes that has not sold may be bigger, small, older, or have different features.  Some of the smaller lakefront homes may have been torn down and do not exist anymore.  Also a new house may have been built on the lake that does not show up.  This house information is just to give you a general idea of the houses on the lake.

I hope this helps you understand what the lake is like.  There are so many different lakes in Oakland County and it is hard to know about them all.  If you need a good real estate agent to help you find your next home give me a call at (248) 310-6239.  My 18 years of experience will make your next move easier.

Bloomfield Township is an urban community that straddles Telegraph Road.  The homes in the township are well-manicured and many times larger lots than some of the other Oakland County communities.  Bloomfield Township is characterized by rolling hills, winding roads, scenic lakes and streams.  There are only two all sports lakes in the township and all of them are private lakes.  Lake home owners use the lakes for a number of recreational pursuits, including bird watching, swimming, fishing, and boating if the lake is big enough.

Here is more information about 5 lakes in the area.  Big lakes in Bloomfield Township MI are hard to come by.   You are more likely to find a bigger lake in West Bloomfield.  Pine Lake, Walnut Lake, or Cass Lake in West Bloomfield is going to be bigger than Upper Long Lake.  Upper Long Lake is about 130 acres in size and is a private all sports lake.  There are very few gated subdivisions on lakes in Bloomfield Twp, Bloomfield Hills, or West Bloomfield.  The custom built luxury homes on Turtle Lake Bloomfield MI are one of the few.  It used to be a private estate for a wealthy person and then they developed it into a prestigious well planned community.  What is nice is that it is not to far from all the shopping at Square Lake and Telegraph.  It is also just a short drive down Square Lake Road to get on I-75.

If you are looking for another gated subdivision the you may want to check out Canal front homes on Cass Lake in Waterford.  Forest Bay is a gated community that is on the north side of the lake.  It allows you privacy and quiet.  You do not have boats or jet skis ripping around in front of your home.  It is just a short boat ride to get out to the largest lake in Oakland County.

No the homes on Middle Straits Lake in West Bloomfield are not on a private all sports lake.  There is lake access for the public to launch a boat at Bloomer Park on the south side of the lake.  Luckily there are just not that many parking spots for boats and trailers.  So the lake is not going to be over run with non resident boaters.  Waterfront homes on Endicott Lake in Bloomfield MI were built during the years of 1955 to 1979 mainly.  At least that is what has sold on the lake in the last 15 years.  Home buyers like the lake a lot because it lies in the Birmingham School district.  A great school system for your children.

I believe lake living is such a different way of life especially if it is on a bigger lake.  Many time you become more social because you are out on the lake or just near the lake.  You are out of your home and have a bigger chance of meeting or talking with neighbors.  Simply being out of the house to look at the lake gets you a little fresh and a relaxing feeling.  If you take advantage of the swimming, or paddling around on the lake it is good for your health too.  There are few extra benefits besides the calm feeling you get when looking out over the lake.  I love living on the lake.  I look back at my life and wonder what I did on the weekends when I didn't live on the lake.  If you would like to make your lake dream come true reach out to me via emial, phone, or text.  My email is yesmyrealtor@gmail.com
