The homes on the lake were built during the years of 1971-1980. The West Bloomfield lakefront homes have 2 – 3+ car garages, 3-5 bedrooms, 2- 4 bathrooms. All the homes have basements, and attached garages. Most of them have some brick or stone on the exteriors. The lakefront homes are on city water and sewer. They range 3000 square foot to 4400 square foot in size.
As you can see these are large lakefront homes. This lake is decent size. It would be good lake for fishing, kayaking, or using a paddle boat on. I didn’t notice any small pontoons. The lake is really too small for them anyway. I did not notice any swimming platform or anybody swimming on the days I have been there.
