There are NO homes or condos directly on the lake. There is a road in the condominium complex that lies between the lake and the condos. There are condos that face the lake across the road. Many of the condos have big pictures windows which over nice views of the lake.

Find your dream Lake homes on Chalmers Lake in Bloomfield MI. You will find that the homes on the lake are on big lots. They are homes where you will find Condos on Simpson Lake in West Bloomfield. There are no condos on Chalmers Lake and no waterfront homes on Simpson Lake. They are both smaller lakes. Seeing the mist rise off the lake is the fall in the morning is always neat to watch.
