There are two lakes in the Cloister on the Lakes condo complex. Cloister Lake and Fox Lake in West Bloomfield MI. The Condos on Fox Lake in West Bloomfield have these common characteristics.

Buy a condo with a view of the lake
They also call the condos townhouses. Like Cloister Lake there are no town homes right on the lake. They sit across the street from the lake.
One winter when our real estate market was slower I poured through the old MLS listings to gather the waterfront home data. There may have been some homes that have been torn down that is included in this data. Other homes may have been built and others lake homes that have not sold in the last 20 years so I was not able to be 100% accurate because of this missing information. This is just to give you a insight into what the lake houses and waterfront condominiums are like.
Fox Lake is more of a large pond. It is a private non all sports lakes. I saw some kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats on the lake. It’s definitely not large enough to put a power boat on. The condo complex has a small dock on it’s side. Some of the homes on the other side have docks too, but much of the lake on that side has tall vegetation between the lake and the homes.

There are some homes on the south side of the lake. There are no small homes on Fox Lake in West Bloomfield. They range in size from 2500 square feet to almost 6000 square feet. The next three lakes are smaller, more like large ponds than a lake. Rockwell Lake is on the website simple because it has been named. It is hard to even see the lake. Check out these little lakes:
