Russ was a fantastic realtor. After meeting Russ on the lake, he helped me buy and sell two homes. I was going to list my home in Waterford so I called Russ over. I asked what I should do at the lowest cost, and the easiest way to get top dollar. The house looked great after I did everything. The house sold quickly and I got asking price. Once Waterford was under contract Russ called me when he saw lakefront homes that he thought we would like. After a few showings we found our Dream home! Its very impressive to find an agent today that doesn't just send links and hope you call them. He didn't rush me or push me to by a house. Russ was an excellent real estate agent. I really wanted to be near a downtown area. In either Plymouth or Northville and I had a budget I didn't want to go over. I knew what I wanted so we saw houses that were not what fit me. He was very patient and never rushed me. He took me to as many houses as I wanted to see. We found a great house with lots of room and that was updated too. It was a good price too. Now 8 years later it is gone up tremendously in value. I would recommend Russ to anybody that is looking to buy in the Metro Detroit area.
Russ was very helpful during the entire process. He went through our home with us and told us how we should arrange things and what to remove so that it would show well. He had a frank discussion of pricing with us and made suggestions, but always did as we asked and was never pushy. Having never sold a house before, he walked us through what we should expect and explained fees and processes with us. He took very clear and flattering pictures of our house for the listing. He was always very prompt with communication and answered any questions we had. We had to move out of the state before closing, and Russ kept us in the loop very well. He advised us and guided us during the whole process and made the entire thing much less stressful on us than it could have been. Russ was an excellent realtor. I am a senior and haven't sold a house in many many years. Russ helped me with the city inspections. He even came down and meet the city inspectors. Russ helped sell my home within a few weeks of it being on the market. Not only was he able to sell it quick he was able to get the amount that I was asking. Russ also helped me purchase my new home. He met with us to review our wants and needs. And by the evening he was send us home to rank and view on his website. By the following day he had already schedule home viewing based off your ranking. We viewed several homes. Although we were picky Russ always remained professional and responsive. After a few week of this Russ call me one day and said he had a home he would like us to visit. We did and I'm proud to say that we purchased that home and have been living in there happily since August. I have and will continue to refer Russ to my friends and family.

I recently bought a new home through Russ. I called him and told him what me and my Husband were looking for. He called me back in a few hours and had 10 houses for us to go look at. He knows his business very well. We were looking at foreclosures so some of them where pretty bad, but Russ knew what to look for and when it was a good buy. Thankfully because of Russ, my family and I have been in our new home for 6 months and we couldn't be happier. Russ bent over backwards for me and made me feel like family. Relocating to Michigan from Texas this past summer (2009) was a really big decision for our family. Of course, the most stressful part of a move is deciding not only where you want to live, but finding a house that fits into your price range and also fits your family's personality. With my husband traveling internationally for work and a child wrapping up the school year, we had only a specific time frame that allowed us to visit Michigan for house-hunting. One of my husband's work colleagues referred us Russ, and we contacted him to start our search. The next day, Russ sent us lists of homes that fit our criteria and followed up with weekly updates, allowing us to develop a list of homes that we wanted to see during our house-hunting trip.
