Walnut Lake Bloomfield – Lake homes Walnut Lake Bloomfield MI

There are two Walnut Lakes in Oakland County.  Walnut Lake in Bloomfield Township is a very small pond where the Rouge River Tributary widens out.  It is private but it is just a tiny pond.  It is good for wild life watching and enjoying the serenity of the water.  Bloomfield's Walnut Lake is located north of Maple Rd and west of Franklin Road, not too far from Wing Lake.  I do not have any pictures of the lake.  If you have any that you would like to share please email me at yesmyrealtor@gmail.com

There are only 7 waterfront homes on the lake.  The school district for the lake is Birmingham schools.  The roads around the lake are paved.  The homes are on municipal water.  Some homes are on septic and some are on sewers.  You will find that the homes sit on lots of over an acre.  Some ranging up to over 3 acres. 

Here are the characteristics of the lakefront homes on Walnut Lake in Bloomfield

     *  4 - 5 bedrooms

     *  2 - 4 bathrooms

     *  2 - 3 car garages

     *  Built during the years 1963 and 1964

     *  2400 - 2800 square feet in size

     *  The homes have basements

Of course this information above is not perfect.  I gathered this home information from sold listings the last 20 years.  Some people have lived on the lake for longer than 20 years so I have no information on their homes.  This compilation may be off because one of the homes that has not sold may be bigger, small, older, or have different features.  Some of the smaller lakefront homes may have been torn down and do not exist anymore.  Also a new house may have been built on the lake that does not show up.  The house information is just to give you a general idea of the lake homes.

Homes for sale on Bloomfield Lake in West Bloomfield is something you should not look at if you are looking for an all sports lake.  The lake is a smaller non all sports lake.  If you are looking for an all sports lake in Bloomfield there are only two all sports lakes.  Neither of the lakes are huge.  Square Lake is one of them.  You can see all the Houses for sale on Square Lake in Bloomfield MI by following the link.  There are some condos on the lake too.  You will be just a short ride to Telegraph Road.  Learn more about Wabeek Lake in Bloomfield MI.  There are both condos and elegant lake estates on the lake.  It is a smaller lake that is private and non all sports.
