Haines Lake in Bloomfield Township is just a large private pond. Big enough to put a kayak or paddle boat on but that is about it. I have no pictures of the lake. Wabeek Golf Course lies around the lake though there are some condos that have views of the lake. The roads around the lake are paved. The condos that have lake views are on city water and sewer. The school system for the condos that have lake views are in the Bloomfield Hills school district.
The condos on Haines Lake in Bloomfield have these characteristics:
* 3 to 4 bedrooms
* 3 to 5 bathrooms
* 2 car garages
* Built during the years 1974 to 1981
* They range in square footage from 1700 to 3800 square feet
* Most of the Haines Lake condominiums have basements.
*** All of the information above was gathered from sold listings on the MLS over the last 20 years. Some homes on the lake may not have been sold during this period so this home information may be off because one of the homes that has not sold may be bigger, small, older, or have different features. Some of the smaller lakefront homes may have been torn down and do not exist anymore. Also a new house may have been built on the lake that does not show up. This house information is just to give you a general idea of the houses on Haines lake.
If you are looking for a lakefront condo in Bloomfield Township this may not be the best lake because you only have views of the lake. You are not right on the lake.
