Sagamore Lake in W Bloomfield is not much to talk about. It is a very small pond. I would think that it could be a pond in the wood that would dry up sometimes the way it looks. It’s good for the wildlife and that’s about it. One of the property owners on the lake didn’t even know the lake (pond) had a name and he had lived there twenty years.
The lake sits down in a bowl behind some houses on Arrowhead Drive which runs south off Pontiac Trail. Arrowhead Drive is a paved road. The lake is not too far from the Bloomfield Trail. So if you are into hiking or bicycling and want a reasonable home with a water view then Sagamore Lake in West Bloomfield Michigan may be for you.
There are only 4 homes on the lake. The homes are on city water and most of them are on city sewer. Though there is one that is on septic (as of the last time it sold) The lake homes range in size from 1700 square feet to just over 3100 square feet. Sagamore Lake homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bath rooms, 2 to 4 car garages, and they have walkout basements. They are ranch or colonial homes. The children go to Walled Lake Schools. The homes were built between 1955 and 1990.
Bottom Line. It’s a private pond not all sports. Just for relaxing and looking at more than anything. I don’t think it is even big enough for a kayak, or paddle boat.
It’s right next to Mirror Lake and just down the street from Woodpecker Lake in West Bloomfield.
Another small lake in Bloomfield is Crescent Lake. Crescent Lake homes in Bloomfield range from 2500 square feet to 3500 square feet in size. The lake itself is only about 9 acres in size. Big enough to put a kayak or a paddle boat on but not a pontoon or jet ski. So it is a private non all sports lake.

Actually don't bother I don't have any other information on the lake other there are some condos around the lake that do not have the greatest views because of all the scrub trees and tall grass. I would call it a natural pond.
